Let's see. Interests - Music wise he's a whore for Weird Al and Richard Cheese (ummm... not literally....). He also can't get enough of Gwen Stefani. He collects comics, mostly Marvel, and has done so since he was 12 (he's 29 now). He plays many different roleplaying games (but he runs many more). Some of his favorite role playing games are: Eberron, Marvel SAGA, Marvel Universe RPG, Paranoia XP, Battlelords of the 23rd Century, TORG, Lost Souls, Superbabes, Forgotten Realms, Dark Sun, Vampire and HOL. He currently runs three online Marvel PBeM games set in the Marvel SAGA system, which are all interconnected to each other in one way or another. Those games have been running for over 5 years now.
He has a wife (Elizabeth) and two boys - Brandon (Age 10) and Randal (Age 7), plus they are working on a little girl (but he can't seem to get my mad scientist license reinstated...) He works all day and plans games all night (when he's not watching Lost, 24, Family Guy or CSI), and occasionaly spends some time with his wife!
This Marvel project has been fun and very entertaining. It's been a great deal time consuming, but it's been worth it all the way.
Why couldn't he have been bitten by a radioactive Spider? (sigh...)
Mike Cmero (aka Gamemaster72, aka Spideyfan2002) serves as the editor-in-chief and one of the writers of Spider-Man's Guide to New York. He's been biting off more than he can chew for longer than he can remember (and is too darn stubborn know when to quit). His interests include online roleplaying (Marvel, of course!), Hero-Clix, Sims, and Cyndi Lauper. As for reading, it's Clive Cussler and Robin Cook, Poetry, Spidey Comics, and Word Puzzles. (Yea, ok, he's a classic geek? So what?) It was through the support of fellow editors (Garry and Clint (the editors who inspired and initiated this project) and Danny (whose determination and talent ensured that the project was a success) that this book didn't join the list of games, movies, plays, soap operas, etc, that never came into fruition. Thanks to everyone for your contributions!
Ozbot,
who serves as one of our graphic artists/writers, was once a
mild-manner graphic artist who, on an ill-fated trip to purchase a
half-caff cafe mocha no whip, was bitten by a radioactive koala. (It
has yet to be revealed precisely why there was a radioactive koala on
the way to a coffee bar, but it is presumed that it was on its way to
do laundry.) He found himself with all the proportionate powers
of a koala, and he determined to use his abilities only for good.
Unfortunately, since koalas are really only best known for their
ability to sleep for 20 hours a day, this isn't really considered to be
a tremendous advantage in fighting crime. He has too
many interests to keep someone busy. Obviously, comics and games, so
anything that combines these two would be twice as interesting. Action
movies in general and kung fu movies in particular. Off-roading and
hiking when it's time to get out in the sun.
